Sri Chinmoy directs the publication of 51 new books within a 15-day period (1-15 November). The headquarters for the massive undertaking is Sri Chinmoy’s home in Jamaica, Queens, New York, NY, USA, where teams of his students work around the clock on the project.

Sri Chinmoy and the U.N. Meditation Group observe the 20th anniversary of the opening of the U.N. Meditation Room, located in the General Assembly Lobby at the United Nations in New York.
