Sri Chinmoy meets with President Gorbachev’s daughter, Irina, late evening of February 14th, at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Manhattan, New York. Their hour-long conversation extends into the early hours of the 15th.
In the afternoon, Sri Chinmoy goes to the airport to farewell Irina before she flies back to Russia. He brings gifts for the Gorbachev family and a special song he has written for her.
