On the day of his lecture at York’s Friends Meeting House in North Yorkshire, England, Sri Chinmoy goes to the Riverside Cafeteria, 15 Low Ouse Gate; and while there he sketches a series of small birds on a serviette. This 6-inch square is the last surviving quarter of the original spontaneous artwork.
On the same day, Sri Chinmoy sketched another bird drawing, which he signed with his initials — GKG (Chinmoy Kumar Ghose).
