Sri Chinmoy’s comments afterwards:

“With each one I am making a little progress. Today there were no stride marks. What I need is 18 strides for 30 metres. Then for 100 metres it will be 60 strides. I think today my running was the fastest for 30 metres. As soon as I try to become faster, my stride becomes shorter. The speed seems to be quite good. Speed is pleasing me, in spite of the fact that my right knee is so bad.”
